US Washington CSPA Regulations Chemical High Concern Children (CHCCs) List

Washingtonstate department of ecology requires manufactures and suppliers to report on the presence of any of 66 state-designated chemicals of concern to children’s health (CHCCs) which content exceeds 100ppm.

The report begins in 2011. The data of Tier 1 products had to be reported before 31 August 2012. Reports are now available for the public. The data can be acquired via searching by chemical CAS number, chemical name, chemical function name, product brick code and other three keywords.
