According to the latest official information of Amazon:
To ensure that all ASINs submitted prior to August 1, 2019, are able to be certified as FFP or SIOC eligible, Amazon is extending the launch of the FFP/SIOC chargeback until September 3, 2019. That means, there is almost another 1 month for your products to pass the Amazon ISTA tests if your products sold in Amazon US, or you will suffer Chargeback. Just catch the chance! And the Amazon EU hard launch for EU is still October 1st, 2019.
Previous Review:According to the global official announcement made by the Amazon in the fourth quarter of 2018, except those exempted products, packages of all products that are sold via the Amazon platform, larger than 18" x 14" x 8" or greater than 20 lbs., must pass the Frustration-Free Packaging Program Tier 1 – FFP or Tier 2 – SIOC test and obtain the compliance report before August 1, 2019. For packages that fail to complete the test and certification, and exceed the breakage rate in practice, Amazon will fine $1.99/unit.
